After hearing "His" name I wrote the rest of the show in my mind...I was 99% percent dead on.

My family and I always have political debates..this one proves I may be an elitist.
My Dad: Kids need to realize education is the only way to make it in this world.
Me: I think Education should be optional. After 8th grade you can go to school or not. It'll save money....
My Mom: Yeah but all those ignorant kids will just end up in jail so they'll be building more jails.
Me: Well we can put those kids to work so they don't have to commit crimes..on a farm of some kind.
Marcus: A Farm...is it a large Cotton Farm...will there be overseers.
Me: Maybe...?

Wow, The economic hard times strikes back!
This is trivial but it points towards the downturn in the economy.
I'm not big on candy but one or twice a week I indulge in a snack size Baby ruth from ther Candy Jar my Boss keeps.
Now all my life I remember never biting into one and not getting a peanut. Today It happened and then I noticed that the amount of all peanuts is down.
Like I said a trivial
but I think its a sign opf how bad things are.
You see I've noticed the sizes of things I buy shrinking.
and food coming in smaller portions when I buy them.
At the Grocers I'm paying 20 bucks for what would cost half that last year.
so have any of you noticed anything?

The 14 returns...again

The return of Outlanders.
After a long hiatus Outlanders: Legend of the 14 returns to Television.
The award winning fantasy series was placed on hold while star Angelina Jole’ delivered twins. But now she’s back in fighting form (Literally) and ready to return to her “ love to hate” character The Contessa Raven.
There were hugs and laughter abound as all the stars returned. Alan Rickman (Shane Blackblade) even brought a bit of the old bubbly to pass around. Costumes were quickly placed on and lines reviewed as the huge London studio also used for the Harry Potter movies was opened up for the return of the 14.
For those of you living in a tunnel or if you’ve forgotten what has happened?
The story picks up as the 14’s two young charges have been taken away, one taken over by the imprisoned “Lady in Crimson” mother of the current Emperor. After rescuing the Queen of Greendale the heroes head to Emlyn’s (Drew Barrymore) school of music where an old reality gate awaits to hopefully take the group to the Prison-reality were the Lady in Crimson is held.
What comes next is Hush-Hush but we’ve discovered a few hints about what’s to come.
There is a reason why the Lady in Crimsom’s prison isn’t a holiday spot for Empire blue bloods.
The Homefront campaign starts. What happened to the family of the 14 on Earth?
And last but not lease.
Our heroes will try to pull a “Saint George”

The Zombies are back…
First I would like to say “Curse you George Bush and your so call Rejuvenation Project funded to help win the Iraq war”
Thankfully downtown Dallas is read. We have mounted police on the streets and they are allowing us to bring protection. Most people are bringing the standards, sawed off shot guns and the like, this is Texas after all but me I’m more of a up close and personal guy.
I borrow from my dad his electric chain saw and its battery harness, who ever invented a small electric chain saw deserves a friggin Noble peace prize…or Oscar something. A large squirt bottle full of lighter fluid mixed with a bit of petroleum jelly to set them on fire and my trusty 20lb sawed off sledge hammer to put them out.
Hopping on the Bus everything was quiet except for a little old Hispanic woman talking about how she had the bass knuckles she’s wearing blessed last night at mass. I smiled having a reverend for a brother we get everything blessed for free and since my Sledge hammer was blessed twice (last year and this year) I’m calling it a +2 Divine Sledge Hammer of Undead breaking.
At The Zoo bus station three people get on, one is shuffling….We look at him, he could be homeless or a crack head save for the exposed rib cage…Zombie… a North American Urban Shuffler. Shufflers are easy kills and I get the quirt bottle ready when the old lady of blessed brass knuckles stand up and Punches the guy in the jaw. The Shuffler head turns further than it should and it growls “Brains”. A Catholic School girl pulls out a two butcher knives from her Dora the explorer back pack and goes for the lower legs I wade in and hit him with the hammer and take the head off…..
Shufflers can keep moving a few minutes without the head so the Driver opens the door and Some guy dressed like he works at Fed EX shot Guns the Zombie out the bus just as we reach the Jefferson street bridge.
Now I’m at work, downtown is pretty much Saw a few Shufflers and English-Sprinters and Chinese Hoppers out on the street. Nothing to bad really considering people are calling this the end of the world. They said that last year…Lordy I hate pessimist.
